Update - Network Connectivity

We still have the potential to see periods of packet loss and high latency on some routes. The network team has not yet declared the all clear and is still working to resolve the issue.  Our DDoS mitigation provider is actively engaged as are all transit providers involved.  This attack is novel so all hands are on and working to resolve.
